2013 Acura ILX

????Honda's much-maligned sub-luxury brand is resetting again after an unfortunate string of misguided aspirations and unsettling designs. Originally conceived as a step-up line for Honda owners the way Buick was for Chevrolet, it has wandered in recent years with aggressive designs and confusing nomenclature. Acura's new emphasis, the company says, will be on "fun technologies" and "environmental performance. The compact ILX will be the automaker's entry-level model, replacing the TSX (above). Based on the Honda Civic, it is due to reach dealers in the spring and will include a hybrid model, Acura's first.
