????2月份,，時任白宮首席經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)家奧斯坦?古爾斯比在參加電視節(jié)目“每日秀”（Daily Show）時，曾大膽地許下諾言：

????“我們已經(jīng)拿到了預(yù)算,，還成立了就業(yè)委員會,。我來這里是想告訴大家：美國經(jīng)濟(jì)通過增長能夠擺脫這些問題?！?/p>

????當(dāng)然,，預(yù)算問題“送到時已死亡”。就業(yè)委員會也在“戰(zhàn)斗中失蹤”,。至于經(jīng)濟(jì)增長嘛,，美國經(jīng)濟(jì)第二季度的增長率“高達(dá)”1.3% ，第三季度也“飆升”了2%,?！R克斯?哈里斯

Goolsbee: `We're gonna grow'

????When he was still a top economist in the White House in February, Austan Goolsbee went on the Daily Show and made a bold promise:

????"We got a budget and we got a jobs council. And that's what I've come down to tell you: We're gonna grow our way out of this thing, Jon."
